This is FOR participants who:

  • Have a genuine desire to learn and practice new skills and tools.

  • Are curious, open to new perspectives and ready to do honest self-reflection.

  • Have a high value for personal growth and quality relationships.

  • Are willing to take personal responsibility for their thoughts, feelings & values.

  • Will commit to either attending the live class on Saturdays and Wednesdays OR watch the video recording prior to the next class.

  • Are willing to do 1-2 hours of Soul Work (think of it as homework for the soul) each week for 12 weeks.

This is NOT for participants who:

  • Like to stay in their comfort zone rather than challenging themselves to grow (by questioning their limiting patterns and beliefs).
  • See themselves as victims.
  • Are stuck on judging others as being bad, stupid, or wrong.

This 12 week journey into the Essentials of Thriving Relationships includes:

  • A weekly 2 hour live online course led by Love Coaches, Scott Catamas and Katrina Vaillancourt (co-founders of The Love Coach Academy) Note that you can access live or via replay, at a more convenient time.

  • A weekly 90 min live practice group following each course. A chance to practice and integrate the tools we learn in the prior course.

  • Support and leadership from our Trained and Certified Love Coaches.

  • A one year membership to our Extensive Online Membership Portal of Videos & Webinars.

  • Bonus downloads: PDF books and audio books on related topics by top authors

  • Access to a private Facebook group for sharing, support, and deeper learning.

  • Being a part of a safe and supportive container, and a community, where compassion AND acceptance are key pillars so that we can explore and grow together. This includes the option of having a “Pod Partner” to practice with throughout the course.

  • Weekly support one-to-one with your own personal coach if you choose to upgrade for personalized coaching.

  • Year long access to online practice groups, coaching calls, and empathy support groups.
  • Private 50 minute Liberating Love Strategy Session with Love Coach Kat
